Good to know (06_BAIFR_23)

As indicated in the video, AI Engine’s Chatbot functionality is constantly evolving – You may find the interface looks a little different to that shown in the video, but the main functionality will be the same.

It is essential that the {CONTENT} placeholder (written exactly as shown, with the curly brackets) is added to the CONTEXT field of your bot. If you don’t do this, your chatbot will not ‘see’ the page and will give confused responses to questions like ‘Summarise this page for me’:

AI models (E.g. The ‘turbo’ model used by default) accept prompts up to a certain length (measured in ‘tokens’). For this reason, it isn’t possible to create a very, very long web page with thousands of words then have a single bot ‘see’ it in one go. For the same reason, you can’t create a single bot and just tell it to look at all your site pages.

We’re using the paid, PRO version of AI Engine in this lesson. You will not be able to select the ‘content aware’ option if you’re using the free version of the plugin. See the AI Engine site for the latest pricing information.
