As indicated in the video, AI Engine’s Chatbot functionality is constantly evolving so you may find the interface looks a little different to that shown. The main functionality will be the same.

It’s easy to copy and paste a chatbot shortcode, but once you’ve created your bot you can also add it to a page in this way :

1: Select the ‘AI chatbot’ block:

2: Select an individual chatbot to add from the properties panel on the right:

It’s as easy as that!
