It’s likely you’ve used website chatbots before. They’re often used to give answers to common questions, or as ‘first line’ help before a question is escalated to a human. For example, our web hosts use a chatbot to start the support conversation:

In AI Engine we can create our own chatbots and use the power of AI to offer visitors ‘intelligent’ answers.
