The main steps in this video
Start PaintShop Pro
Enter Edit Mode: Click on the ‘Edit’ tab. This is where you’ll do your photo editing.
Open a Photo: To edit a photo, go to ‘File’ > ‘Open’. Find the photo on your computer and double-click it to open it in PaintShop Pro.
Rotate the Image: If your photo is not correctly oriented, you can rotate it. For a quick rotation, select ‘Image’ > ‘Rotate Left’. If you need to make smaller adjustments, like fixing a slightly tilted horizon, use ‘Image’ > ‘Free Rotate’.
Crop the Image for Printing: If you plan to print the photo, like on 6×4 inch photo paper, use the crop tool. This tool is on the left toolbar. When you select it, a panel with additional options, including preset sizes for cropping (like 6×4 or 7×5 inches), will appear. Adjust the cropping frame to cover the part of the image you want to print. When you’re satisfied with the crop, click the green checkmark to confirm.
Save the Edited Photo: After you’ve made your edits, remember to save the new version of your photo. Go to ‘File’ > ‘Save As’, give your photo a new and clear name for easy identification later, and then save it.
