The main steps in this video

1. Create a New Image:
   Click the ‘New File’ button to start a new image. You’ll see tabs for common photo sizes and film and video formats.
2. Choose Image Format:
   For this example, select the ‘HDTV 1080p’ format under the film and video tab. This is a full HD video format.
3. Select Background Color:
   Click on the ‘Background Contents’ color. Use the spectrum slider to find a blue hue, then use the swatch to select the precise shade. Once you’re happy with the color, click ‘OK’.
4. Create the Image:
   Click the ‘Create’ button, and you’ll see your new blue background image.
5. Save the Image:
   To save your new image, go to ‘File’ > ‘Save As’. Give the image a sensible name for easy identification later, and click ‘Save’.
